All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

 

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (941) 545-1623 or mmautosarasota@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it. For freight deliveries, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery — see our Shipping Policy for details.

 

M&M MOTORS 12-MONTH PARTS WARRANTY

Internal engine components are covered by a 12-month parts warranty from the date of purchase. To start a warranty claim, contact us at (941) 545-1623 or mmautosarasota@gmail.com with your order number. This is a parts-only warranty — labor, removal, and installation costs are not covered. This warranty is voided by improper installation or overheating.

 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Many parts we sell, including Brian Tooley Racing products, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we'll help you with the manufacturer's warranty process.
